The All-Day Dining Hall reimagines the warmth and familiarity of traditional rammed-earth courtyard dwellings, creating a welcoming environment where food, nature, and culture come together. Designed as a series of interconnected volumes arranged around semi-open courtyards, the architecture invites guests to slow down, savor their surroundings, and enjoy a truly immersive dining experience.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a reception area that opens onto a serene lily pond. Here, they can relax with snacks and refreshments, enjoy the gentle ambiance of water and flowers, or capture scenic moments aboard a beautifully crafted boat docked by the pond. This gentle transition sets the tone for the relaxed yet refined atmosphere of the dining experience ahead.
Centrally located amidst a vibrant flower field and the surrounding local canal system, the spacious two-level dining hall stands as a social and visual focal point. The first floor offers an airy, open-plan dining area that connects seamlessly with the outdoors, while the second floor features private dining rooms and expansive outdoor terraces, providing sweeping views of the surrounding farmland, waterways, and distant mountains.
The outdoor dining terrace on the ground level extends the experience into the landscape, allowing guests to dine beneath the sky while surrounded by natural beauty. At its heart lies a large, recessed bonfire area—an inviting gathering space designed for evening events, storytelling, and post-dinner relaxation under the stars.
Thoughtfully blending traditional architectural elements with modern comfort, the All-Day Dining Hall offers more than a place to eat—it creates a memorable sensory journey where every meal is enriched by connection, culture, and the rhythms of the land.
