Strategically positioned as the first development plot in Guangming New District, this project occupies a prime site adjacent to Central Park and the district’s core of science-themed business parks. Benefiting from rich landscape resources, a vibrant community, and seamless rail and road connections, it serves as both a transportation hub and a social destination that integrates leisure, shopping, and public amenities within a cohesive urban environment. The architectural concept is defined by the theme of “windows” — framing views, light, and openness while embedding functionality within the towers and podium. The “Window of Guangming” becomes a symbolic gateway that captures the district’s spirit of brightness, innovation, and progress. Covering a 26,950 m² site with a total construction area of 265,000 m², the development comprises a 250-meter landmark tower, a 170-meter residential tower, and a large integrated commercial podium across two parcels. The landmark tower accommodates Grade A offices, headquarters spaces, and a five-star hotel, culminating in a rooftop observation deck offering panoramic views of the evolving Guangming skyline.
